Salman Khan is not the expressive one who spells out how much he feels for the
people he's fond of. He however did not begin his event without paying tribute
to the late Dara Singh today in Mumbai.
India's legendary wrestler and actor Dara Singh passed away early morning today. Known for his physique, the veteran actor was a trend setter of sorts who attracted the youth to India's traditional wrestling form Kushti. He was 83.

Salman Khan in a way is the ideal guy to carry on Dara Singh's legacy for he too is known for his physique. Probably the first Indian actor who introduced India to Six pack abs before it was made fashionable by Aamir in Ghajini and Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om.

Salman however ensured, everyone remembered Dara
Singh and prayed for him and his family. He maintained a minute's silence in
memory of the late legendary wrestler before starting the event. He also
offered his heartfelt condolences by fondly remembering his meet with Dara
Singh and his family. Dara Singh was one of the nicest people he knew said the
actor.
Salman also fooled around with Katrina Kaif as he called her 'hardworking' and himself 'talented'. "I have talent, so I don't need to work hard," joked he.

He also clarified that he has no plans of
visiting Pakistan as had been reported by the
media earlier. "Even I read that I am going to Pakistan in the newspaper
but I have no such plans. Chance milegaa toh jaayenge but as of now we are not
going" said he.

Salman Khan has teamed up with ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif in Ek Tha Tiger and praised her, saying it is not difficult to fall in love with her.
"I think one can easily fall in love with her (Katrina) on screen and off screen. Even her fans love her a lot. This is why she is standing here and all the cameras are facing her," Salman Khan said at an event here. The duo was last seen as a couple in 2008 release Yuvvraaj.
"Ek Tha Tiger" is an action thriller, the actor clarifies that there no illogical scenes in it.
"There are a lot of action scenes in the film and I have worked hard for it. It is visually very nice and choreographed very nicely. There is no illogical action," Salman said at the launch of the first song "Mashallah".
Salman will be seen as a spy in the Kabir Khan directed "Ek Tha Tiger", which has been shot in places like Dublin and Istanbul.

Actor Salman Khan, who at one
point of time was dating Katrina Kaif, says it is
easy to fall in love with her.
"I
think one can easily fall in love with her (Katrina) defintely...on screen and
off screen. Even fans love her a lot," Salman told reporters at a
promotional event of his upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger.
Salman
dated Katrina for almost three years.
"Even
when she does a song in a film likeBodyguard and Agneepath people love her so much and the movie becomes
a hit. Everyone worked hard for the two films including Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay
Dutt, Karan Malhotra, director...but it was Katrina who people liked a
lot," he said.
On
his earlier statement in an interview that real life couple cannot have great
chemistry on screen, Salman says, "I still maintain that."
Salman
and Katrina will be seen together in Kabir Khan's romantic-thriller Ek Tha Tiger, which releases on August 15.
"There

Merchant shares her experience while shooting the now famous Mashaallah song
The song Mashaallah may be beginning to gain popularity but it was surely not shot in a day. Choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant recollects the four days of sweat and grime that went behind the recently launched EK Tha Tigernumber.
"I first heard the song in Salman's (Khan) vanity van at YRF Studios along with Sajid Wajid. I knew I couldn't make him do 'tapori' steps like pulling his pants. I knew it had to cater to the masses but in a stylish way," says Vaibhavi.
With Salman, she shares a comfortable chemistry. "You have to pamper him a lot. If he likes you, he will do anything. He is all heart. He is always on auto-pilot. I never rush him and give him his time," she adds.
But not everybody could get close to the actor. "Salman has a certain aura. People don't go too close. So, whenever, we had to change his dupatta or his look, my team would refuse to go to his van. I became his makeup artist and costume designer. But I realised that he feels very shy when people touch him," reveals Vaibhavi.
About Katrina Kaif, she added, "I made her do an Arabic curve called Taksim Maya. Usually, it's done standing up. She had to do it lying down. She is extremely hard working."
The song was shot at Film City and the timing was very crucial, explains Vaibhavi, "Though the preparations began by noon, we would start rolling only by 3.30 pm. We had to finish by 6 pm for the perfect light."

When the shooting of Ek Tha Tiger wrapped up a couple of weeks ago, Salman Khan started work on Dabangg 2 and Katrina Kaif flew to London to shoot the next film with Yash Chopra.
After the schedule of Yash Chopra's untitled film wrapped up, she decided to stay back in London and spend time with her family. A source close to her says, "The location was quite far from where she lives and since she didn't want to disrupt the shooting schedule, she was living in the hotel the crew had put her up in. Only once the schedule had wrapped up, she decided to spend some time with family".
But then Yash Raj Film's other release Ek Tha Tiger got pre-poned and the makers planned to have the music release event a little earlier. While Salman was in India, Katrina was still in London. "But she was happy to cut short her vacation when she realized that the song was getting launched earlier. She wanted to be there for the launch of their first song together."
The song was launched recently and Katrina flew in to Mumbai a day before the launch. The source continues, "It was quite sweet of Katrina to be so accommodating. Masha Allah is picturized on Katrina and Salman and has also created a lot of buzz around it."

No ban for Ek Tha Tiger in Pakistan:-
The development that
has the team of the Salman Khan-starrer Ek Tha Tiger in a flutter is that cable
operators in Pakistan have been instructed not to air any promos or trailers of
the film.
A letter issued by
the neighbouring countrys electronic media watchdog says that the film is aimed
at tarnishing the image of its spy agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence
).The teaser of the film suggests a proxy war between the Indian intelligence
agency RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) and Pakistans ISI.

"I have seen the promos and I really liked it a lot. I even messaged Kabir (director), Adi (Producer Aditya Chopra) and Salman that I liked the promo. I think it will be a superhit film," Aamir Khan said.
Apparently, Pakistan has restrained its cable operators from screening promos and reviews of Ek Tha Tiger saying that the Bollywood movie is aimed at tarnishing the image of the ISI.
A letter issued by the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, country's media regulatory watchdog, to all satellite TV channels and cable networks says Ek Tha Tiger is reportedly based on the activities of ISI and RAW. (Read: Pakistan restrains airing of promos of Ek Tha Tiger)
On the ban in Pakistan, Aamir Khan chose to play safe, saying, "I don't know why they are not showing it there."
